Certified Commercial Industrial Appraisers
Three years experience writing narrative
appraisal reports for
income producing properties using Word,
Excel, and Filemaker.
Candidate must be familiar with a digital camera
and an HP 12C or other financial calculator. Bachelors degree
required.
Residential Certified Appraisers
Two years experience writing single family and 2-4
unit form
appraisals using ACI Software. Candidate must be
familiar with a
digital camera and an HP 12C or other financial
calculator. Associates degree required.
Assistant Appraisers
Limited experience to assist in the preparation of
writing single family and commercial appraisal reports. Candidate must be
familiar with a digital camera and an HP 12C or other financial
calculator.
REALTOR Sales Associates
Experience with commercial real estate sales and
rentals. Computer experience required. Knowledge of
financial calculators is a plus. College degree is preferred.
